Comfort Inn Marshall Station

Beds were Excellent as was the food

well-maintained and absolutely great hotel, the idea of having a double room was great. everything was wonderful, though a few employees were very unfriendly.

The Comfort Inn in Marshall was like a cozy little retreat. The bed was super comfy. I loved the clean environment. Everything sparkled from the floors to the linens. The indoor heated pool was a hit with my kids. The hours fit perfectly into our schedule. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the homemade sausage gravy with biscuits, they kept the hot items well-stocked, so there was no worry about running out. The staff were great, keeping the dining area super clean. I did notice the colors in the decor seemed a bit outdated and dark, a bit of a letdown for the ambiance. The bathroom felt really cramped. It might be a bit tricky for larger families.

I had tidy and inviting a double room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fairly clean too. The pool area was clean and the location was convenient and awesome, near the trains as well as Marshall for a funeral. Overall the staff was very amiable.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

I did not have a bad experience, but they have an issue with bugs that they need to fix.

great hotel would stat there again

We had to get a room last minute due to my nieces mother tragically died in a single vehicle accident two nighta before our stay. And one of my nieces was scheduled to have a c-section the morning after our arrival. The staff was very understanding of our situation and assisted us in every way possible. This made it easier to focus on my neices.

There needs to be a trash can in the bathroom by the toilet.

My previous visits were decent, but this time the service was really good and the breakfast spread was good, especially the warm pastries. The room was super clean, and the staff went out of their way to.

Dropped my kid off for college and stayed here. The place was clean, beds were nice, and it's close to a bunch of restaurants. They had a decent free breakfast too. But the room had that smoke smell when we got there, even though it's smoke-free. Good thing I brought an air purifier!

We love the comfort inn! The breakfast was really good and well stocked, thanks to the diligent attendant. The location is great, right off missouri highway 65. The room was clean, which we always appreciate.

The hotel exudes a charming atmosphere with its train station design. The lobby is filled with lovely antiques.

The location was about 10 miles from the interstate, which might not appeal to everyone, and I noticed limited on-site amenities. Still, this stay felt cozy and cute were great.
